do you sell pieces of cakes like you did at frasers?

The sweet baker is not a shop so unfortunately I will not be selling cake pieces.

how do i store the cake i bought and how long will it last?

Keep the cake away from direct sunlight and refrigerate until one to two hours before serving.  This will allow the cake to be the best temperature to enjoy every crumb.

If you plan to keep your cake for the next 2-3 days store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Traces of allergens

All cakes are made in a facility where cross contamination of allergens can occur. If you have the teeniest allergic reaction, we recommend you finding another baker.

Cake cancellations or a wrong order

Check your order carefully before proceeding to the final payment.  When placing your order ensure you write down the correct date. I bake each cake fresh for every order.  If you arrive a day early there won’t be a cake for you and if you arrive a day late it will be a day old.  If your celebration gets cancelled, we need at least 24 hours notice so you can be given a cake credit.  This credit is valid for only 8 weeks after.  So pop it in your calendar.

If no notice is given for a cake cancellation, the cake is considered forfeited and we are unable to offer a credit.  So, pop those dates in your calendar.
