After 24 years as owner and head Pastry Chef of Frasers Café in Mt Eden, the Sweet Baker is still perfecting her art, and her first love – baking.
Created as much for the soul as the appetite, her creations are lovingly made from scratch – the old fashioned way. Free from the running of a busy café, she now has the opportunity to share her famous cakes and sweet treats with a small and loyal customer base, with new creations continually tested on her fan-loving family. Recipes have been gathered from her huge cookbook collection, tried, tested and altered to perfection.
